I work as an advisor at the General Directorate of Friendly Cities for Senior People. Our program is called Escucha Activa.
¡°Escucha Activa¡± (Active Listening) was created in October 2022 to provide elderly people a safe space of dialogue and to feel accompanied whenever they needed it. The policy was thought to promote social participation and integration, and to provide a friendly environment to the elderly citizens.
